Wedding Timeline Examples

When it comes to planning any event, especially a wedding, a runsheet or timeline is essential. To keep this short and sweet, I've created 2 different timeline/runsheet examples to compensate with daylight savings in NSW. Please note that this is just a guide of timings for a wedding. If yours is a little different, just adjust it!

Get the timing right

(OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH)

Sunset can be from 7:00pm to 8:15pm!

8 HOURS OF COVERAGE

1:00 - wedding prep (groom)

1:45 - wedding prep (bride)

3:00 - ceremony set up photos and guests arriving

3:30 - ceremony

4:15 - group shot + family photos

5:00 - wedding party photos

6:00 - wedding party entry to reception

6:15 - dinner or entrees + start speeches

7:30 - cake cutting + first dance

7:45 - sneak out for sunset couple portraits + alone time to take in the day!

8:00 - candid shot time!

9:00 - coverage finishes

(APRIL, MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER)
